Global Warming

Global Warming

Greenhouse effect gases like CO2, CH4, O3 and other gases, produce the absortion of infrared radiation, preventing that the radiation produced by the sun leaves the planet, producing a raise in the atmosphere temperature, that means changes in our planet climate.

It's true that CO2 and other greenhouse effect gases  have an impact on the global warming as it is, but we don’t have to forget about the natural climate change that occurs and has occurred every year in our planet. But greenhouse effect gases make the natural climate change to occur even faster. To prevent this from happening we have to reduce the quantity of this gases, for example cattle industry produce alot of CO2 due to the digestion procces of cows. Also there is the large quantity of CO2 produced by fosil fuel, that can be reduced by using other means of fuel like biofuel. In the recent time there was alot of controversy because Donald Trump left the Kioto protocol, increasing the CO2 allowed by the United Nations and becoming a real threat to our planet. Also China doesn’t has a good ecological policy, and they are the biggest contributor on the production of greenhouse effect gases.

Also we have to change our lifestyles, we have to recycle, use less water, prefer other means of transport and eat less meat to contribute to reduce the global warming.

Movies and films

Movies and films

I really like movies, but not all of them, some movies are too obvious and boring like fast and furious, which are fun to watch, but lack of real content and a message.
I like movies with deep meanings or movies that at the end leave you like WOW!! I didn't expected that.

My favorite movie is Fight Club, its about a man that lost all his stuff in a fire in his department, and then he meets a man in an airplane and his life changes forever, its a movie about existencialism and materialism. I also like independent movies and low budget ones, and some Chilean movies too.

My favorite Chilean movie is Machuca, I like all the thematic and the way the story is told, in the eyes of a little kid watching how his country changes.

I don't think I have a favorite actor or actress, and neither a director, I lack of knoledge in that part. All I know its that I like watching movies, if its either in the cinema or in my home at my bed with a bag of popcorns!

My best Holidays

My best holidays

I will always remember my vacations on Peru, I was like thirteen or fourteen years old, and I traveled with my whole family, my both parents and my two older brothers. Also my godfather and godmather went with us, and my favorite cousin too!.

We first arrived to Lima, but it was only an airplane scale, then we traveled to Cuzco. It was amazing, all the old inca's building, the difference between Spanish colonial building and precolumbian incan buildings in the same site made clear of the difference between both cultures. After visiting the whole city we traveled to Macchu Picchu, one of the seven wonders of the world, it was beautiful like anything I have seen in my whole life, the place, the climate, the structures, it was like a dream.

But not all was amazing, my whole family got sick, it was a mix of altitude sickness and food poisoning, it was awful. But we eventually got better.

We finished the trip in Lima, but there wasn't much to see, it was like Santiago but with a beach. It was a journey that I won't never forget
